Description
The 'Strike Zone' can accommodate from 1 to 4 fishermen. INSHORE fishing, bay or flats, is done in the shallow waters of Clearwater Bay and St. Joseph Sound. Light tackle and live bait is the preferred approach to angling in these waters. Inshore fishing is always in protected areas where the water is typically very calm and seasickness is never a problem. Flats fishing is done mostly in spring, summer and fall. Winter fishing involves more structure and pot hole type fishing. Travel time is minimal - sometimes fishing within minutes of leaving the marina. COASTAL fishing is done from the shallows of the beach out to several miles into the Gulf of Mexico.
