Description

Ann Olesky Park features a 200-foot pier, boat ramp and access to the 1,500 acre Lake Trafford, the largest freshwater lake south of Lake Okeechobee. The ecologically restored lake is known for its superlative fishing and is also a haven for wildlife photographers, birders and nature lovers. In addition to bass, crappie and blue gill, the lake also has an abundant amount of bird life. Wildlife is frequently spotted around the lake's edge, including wild boar, dear and black bear. No swimming is allowed however, because of the large alligator population.
